How to check for scoliosis and get to know your curve
When you start your yoga practice to improve your scoliosis it's very important to know your curve pattern and be aware of your imbalances. In this video you will find some ways to check these imbalances and learn to do the Adams Forward Bend test which helps to self-assess your curve without an x-ray.
