Zizzi’s Prawn Linguine - Spicy Lobster Bisque Pasta Recipe

“King prawns twirled up in a seafood and roquito chilli sauce, served with courgettes” - it may be a chain restaurant, but this dish from @wearezizzi always delivers for me. Does anyone else feel as strongly about it as I do?!

Ingredients
- olive oil
- 2 x shallots
- 1 x red chilli
- 3 x cloves garlic
- 1/2 x tin lobster bisque
- 1 x tin peeled plum tomatoes (squeezed)
- 2 x courgettes
- 1 x tbsp lemon juice
- 1 x tsp salt
- 1/2 x tsp sugar
- prawns
- 200g linguine

Method
1. Finely chop chilli & shallots - cook in a generous amount of olive oil until softened
2. Add garlic and fry for further 2 minutes
3. Add tin of (squeezed) plum tomatoes, lobster bisque & courgette - simmer on medium for approx 20-25 mins
4. Cook pasta until al dente in salted water
5. Add lemon, sugar & salt to sauce then add raw prawns (de-vein them first) - they’ll cook in the heat of the sauce within a few minutes
6. Add in cooked linguine to cook and toss to coat in the sauce
7. Serve with fresh parmesan (if you dare) & garlic bread
