Top-of-mind is developed by keeping in front of the customer by
Using email every 7 to 10 days or
With Facebook every few days or
and with Instagram daily.
Every contact should have a different subject line or teaser.
Subjects like Upcoming show invitations, Special Events, Online auctions, newest products, and anything that should interest your customer is fair game.
Every contact should exude quality. and if possible, fit the customer’s style profile or reflect their interests
Make sure at least the first paragraph has new content and make a statement that everything else after these paragraphs is repeated information if it is.
