Working For Em' - Metal Detecting OLD coins in places no one else goes!

The day was going to be incredible, we sensed it right when we pulled up. We had access to metal detect the oldest house still standing in the entire county! Totally remodeled house in the original style with a gorgeous manicured lawn to go with it, this was going to be spot! Well it didn't take long to figure out all that work to make the yard LOOK good was not so good for detecting. Tons of dirt was brought in in the process covering the things we were hoping to find under 3' of fill. So we did the next best thing and moved into fields behind the farmhouse. Thick wet mud covered the most promising areas but if you want to find old coins you sometimes have to go where most people won't, and it paid off!
The next day some of the gang decided on another round of farm hunting and wouldn't you know it, it snowed! Let's at least have a little fun and try to get someone their bucket list find!
