लड़कियों में, early puberty को breast buds development और 8 वर्ष की आयु से 1st periods की शुरुआत के रूप में start किया जाता है, जबकि लड़कों में, यह testicles enlargement और 9 वर्ष की आयु से पहले pubic hair की उपस्थिति को संदर्भित करता है।.
