Here's how to break in boots the fastest and easiest way. There are no tricks here---no soaking in water and spraying with alcohol.

That might work for boots you don't care about, but I'm breaking in the Wolverine 1000 Mile boots in this video so I'm not about to ruin them right out of the box.

The Wolverine 1000 Mile was a fairly easy break in and I didn't have much of any soreness after my first wear.

Make sure you stick around until the end to get the few extra tips for boots that are extra difficult to break in.

Breaking in your boots can be a fun process, or it can be extremely painful. Just remember the #1 rule: don't wear your boots outside your house/apartment until you know for certain they fit well!
