Hello friends and welcome to Frugal Fit Mom! What's for dinner this week at our house? I was able to test different recipes from Cooking Light Magazine and it was so fun! I hope you enjoy!

Tortilla Soup with Chorizo - https://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/tortilla-soup-chorizo-turkey

Frittata - https://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/frittata-vegetables-goat-cheese

Blueberry (or Cherry) Crisp
4 cups blueberries
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz. cream cheese

Mix all ingredients in a 9x9 glass dish and mix up topping.

Topping ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup oats
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter

Cut ingredients together with a pastry blender and set on top of filling. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes and eat with vanilla ice cream!
