Do it again and again until hope becomes not something you force but something your heart begins to choose naturally. Gladys P. Mangiduyos is a Filipino deaconess of the United Methodist Church, educator for almost 30 years. She has been into Curriculum, Instruction and Educational Leadership in Wesleyan University Philippines. She loves creativity and criticality. She loves creative music, movement, and expression in art. She believes that creativity and criticality are inherent in each person. She upholds that it takes a village to raise a child, hence she has been into empowering educators and other Human Resources in the society to cultivate creativity and criticality.
