WPL C14 / C24 Crawler Upgrades

Did some upgrades on the wpl truck.

- I don't recommend that radio I got (they refunded me). Any budget digital radio will work.
- Be aware of the connectors you will need depending on your setup of choice. Will need to do some soldering.
