To accompany his amazing base stat total of 720 we will be able to use all of the plates in order to unlock arceus his full potential. He also has acces to almost al of the tm's so will also be utilising them a lot. But is all this going to be enough to take the number 1 spot let's find out together. As always no stat boosting or healing items will be allowed this will be more challenging. So how fast can Arceus Beat pokemon Platinum?
