Fixing Product Photography with Photoshop

I made this little video for my friend Fawne who's family owns an organic Noni farm on Kauai. She needed some help figuring out how to change the background color and also extract the product from the background. I make little tutorials like this for friends and clients all the time. I didn't intend to share this one on YouTube but thought it might help a few people. So...
