Luke Arrington Guides a LovingKindness Practice
In the July 2020 "The Mindful Lawyer" column of the Florida Bar News, attorney Luke Arrington discusses the importance of the LovingKindness practice. In the first segment, he guides Miami Law Professor Scott Rogers in a 10 minute lovingkindness practice. In the second segment Professor Rogers shares an 8-4-6 breathing practice that honors the memory of George Floyd.
