One of the most bittersweet Bon Jovi songs. It’s definetely one of the big ballads. Probably the most bluesy one guitar wise and the solo is just classic Sambora. It’s similar to the Silent Night solo from the 7800 Fahrenheit album with the whammy bar thing. It’s very melodic and a cool lick at the end. Other than that it’s pretty straight forward with the main guitar melody in all of the choruses. Shame they played this one electrically so few times over their career. I enjoy the acoustic version as well obviously but the electric version is still the version.
