How to make a Black Walnut Cracker

We decided to make ourselves a black walnut cracker. We collected about 20 gallons of black walnuts, and want to turn them into black walnut oil. We used all scrap to make this project, we had some angle iron we got from auto body store, a 2X4 from an old saw horse, a scrap 2X6, 3/8 X 1 1/2 inch lag bolts and some drywall screws.
