This video shows the first Aquanima 40 built, "Solar Eclipse", during the 5th and last day of her circumnavigation of Bali in August 2020. Eclipse and her crew departed in the early morning from the fishermen village of Amed in the North-East of the island zigzagging between the hundreds of fishing boats coming back to shore, cleared the Eastern tip of Bali on the edge of the Lombok straight and cruised along Bali's majestic hills and volcanos to reach base in Benoa, South Bali. Weather conditions were changing constantly with 50% cloud coverage and wind speeds between 10 and 20 knots throughout. Eclipse and her crew of 4 sailed in great comfort and safety, enjoying the silence of electric propulsion, the quality music distilled by the marine sound systems, and the jaw dropping Balinese landscapes, taking in every moment of this unprecedented solar odyssey.

Arriving back at the mooring, the Crew celebrated this feat that will remain forever in yachting history as the first long voyage of a commercial private motor yacht, without using a single drop of fossil fuel.

Solar Eclipse's fantastic crew was composed of:

- Dea - ex-Miss Scuba Diving Indonesia, robotics engineer and warm hearted ocean protector
- Bruno - experienced re-breathing diver, oceanologist and owner of "Amira", the largest traditional cruise vessel in Indonesia
- Wayan - Balinese fisherman, expert of Bali waters and proud user of solar energy technology on his fishing boats
- Julien - Naval architect and CEO of Azura Marine
