2 tbsp powdered milk (bearbrand)
1 cup lukewarm water
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg (medium)
3 tbsp margarine or vegetable oil
2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar (for yeast proofing)
1 egg (for egg wash optional )
