It's November and I've decided to try and mark each day of the month with a Maths puzzle based on the date. Today is November 30 which is Mason Jar Day 🍯⚱️.

Irish teachers will have heard from Oide that we should be trying to make real world problems with a low threshold and high ceiling. You can play this video as a starter in your Maths lesson. It's probably suitable for senior primary pupils.
