Why I Bought... & Sold My Dream Truck

The majority of great things in life are worth waiting for. There are many reasons I wanted to have a nice truck. There was one reason why I sold it... If only I had invested all the money I spent on my monthly truck payments, I could have bought the truck in cash two years later! That was the epiphany moment for me. I need to stop acting as a consumer and start acting as an investor. We are trained as consumers to go into debt to purchase nice things. What society doesn't teach us, however, is to use debt to invest in assets that pay us monthly cash flow and build equity long term. It's time to stop working so dang hard for money and start having your money work hard for you!
