How do you use the Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter?
I use both the Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter and Lisa Eldridge elevated glow in two ways. One is as a primer to make the skin look glowy and hydrated. Then, after I’ve finished the rest of my makeup, I also use it as a highlighter on the cheekbones. You can see me using it both ways in this video.
