Duke Robillard - Six Strings Of Steel (Full Album) 2023

Michael John "Duke" Robillard, born 1948, is a master of electric guitar. Founder of Roomful Of Blues in '67 and later member of The Fabulous Thunderbird, replacing Jimmie Vaughan, he recorded his new album Six Strings of Steel. In the album the duke gives his admirers his own influences: blues, R&B, rock'n'roll and swing. It’s a well-built, varied, entertaining work, done with his All-Star band and featuring Katie Shore of Asleep At Wheel, on violin.
