What The Final Year Of Freddie Mercury's Life Was Really Like

The legendary rock band Queen’s album "Innuendo" was released in 1991 and reached the number spot in the U.K. album charts. It included some of the band's most memorable hits, including “Innuendo,” “The Show Must Go On,” and “These Are The Days Of Our Lives.”

"Innuendo" would be the last album that Queen released in lead singer Freddie Mercury’s lifetime. Mercury was diagnosed with AIDS in the spring of 1987 and during the production of "Innuendo," Mercury’s health was in steep decline. Nine months after the album was released, Mercury died of AIDS-derived bronchopneumonia. Here’s what the final days of Freddie Mercury’s life were really like.
