This version:
1/3 cup Biryani marinated sprouted chickpeas
1 cup bloomed black forbidden rice
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
2-4 tbsp chopped red onion
1/4 cup soaked raisins
1/4 cup (or whatever you like) chopped cilantro
1/4 cup (or whatever you like) chopped parsley
Sauce:
2 tsp maple/date or coconut syrup
2 tsp miso paste
1 garlic, grated
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp coriander
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp ground anise
1/16 tsp cinnamon
Mix thoroughly and add to salad. Mid salad and serve!! Bonus: get the bundle and make the mint chutney to put on top.
