Mingo Junction FD Engine 4711 was toned out to State Route 7 to Assist the Sheriff's department with an investigation of an unknown chemical that had apparently leaked from a commercial vehicle, due to a road closure of the Logan Avenue on ramp they would have to take a detour to the commercial street onramp to reach the incident.
