After the year of four emperors, 69 CE, Rome has been under the firm and stable rule of Emperor Vespasian for ten years. The Emperor has just started building the Flavian Amphitheatre, which will be known as Colosseum.
For the moment, you are content with your own local gladiatorial shows in an Arena that can sit half the population of your rich and beautiful town.
