This machine is for making middle and large sand core, there are 2 work stations and 1 work station two type:
Mold is vertical parting;
Hot box-electric heating or gas heating;
Sand supply by pneumatic device or elevator;
Can choose if need automatic core carrier device;
Whole machine can work automatically by PLC program control.
This series core shooter machines are used at sand casting and precision casting widely:
At green sand casting, as sand core put into sand mold,then pouring;
At precision casting, as shell mold and shell core, then pouring.
