2 Medium size onion finely chopped
1/2 Tsp salt
2 cup Gehu ka ata (Wheat flour)
3/4 cup Maida (Refined flour)
2 Tsp Chini powder (Sugar powder)
1 Tsp salt
1 1/4 cup warm water
3 Big size Boiled potatoes
2 Tbl sp Green chilli finely chopped
1 Tbl sp Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
1/2 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green
Coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Chat Masala
1 Tsp Bhuna jeera (Roasted cumin)
1 Tbl sp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Kala namak (Black salt)
1/4 Tsp Garam masala
Kalonji for topping of Paratha (Nigellas seed)
