Written by Bill Danoff and Taffy Nivert and recorded by them in 1973 for their Pass It On Album, John Denver also recorded it for his Aerie album in 1971 with Bill and Taffy providing backing vocals.
Why this song hasn't found its way into a tv series, movie or commercial is beyond me.
