Cutting down a dangerous leaning tree on the Alaskan homestead
We are starting to clear the area for our second addition to the cabin, leech field and rain catchment system. We had three large trees next to the off grid cabin that we needed to fell. We also had one tree that was really leaning after a wind storm. It was a great lesson on how not to fell a tree. I also show how I cut up larger trees into rounds and we fell a tree against the lean.
I'm still amused by the term lumbersexual. If you have never heard the term lumbersexual, look it up. Pretty funny stuff.
Thanks for watching.
