How to go to AL SUHUB REST HOUSE? | KHORFAKKAN'S HIGHEST VIEWPOINT | LATEST ATTRACTION IN UAE

Al Suhub Rest House is the newest tourist attraction in Khor Fakkan, Sharjah. This is the highest viewpoint in Khor Fakkan atop a mountain 583 metres above sea level. Al Suhub was just opened to the public on 20th of July 2021, which is the Eid Al Adha. It was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated on Thursday, 15th of July 2021.

The rest house also provides a panoramic view of the city of Khor Fakkan, and includes a cafeteria and restaurant (with affordable prices), 90 car parking spaces, play area for the kids and other service amenities. Toilets are also available in the facility.

If you want to visit the place, DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS directions when you search Al Suhub Rest House. We were lost due to this, so as other cars we've passed along the way who did the same thing. I would highly suggest that you type "Passport Office" (this is in the Al Zahrawi Street) and it would lead straight to the road towards Al Suhub. The road is properly paved like the one in Ras Al Khaimah towards Jebel Jais. (NOTE: Always download songs when going for a long drive for a relaxed vibe throughout the journey, radio signals are terrible up!)

The entrance is free of cost, the parking fee is only AED 20.00 during our visit, we had coffee and fruit juice in the cafeteria. (NOTE: First 2 hours is free for restaurant and cafe visitors by presenting a parking card with stamp - so make sure to ask the waiters to stamp on your parking card. It is AED20 parking fee per hour on holidays and AED10 per hour on weekdays.)There are only 90 parking spaces at the top, it was full when we arrived so we parked at the lower area (at 480m) and multiple buses will drop the visitors in front of the dome for FREE!
