Route du Rhum sets sail with Brittany Ferries

The beautiful walled city of St Malo is the setting for the departure of the Route du Rhum 2018. Taking place every four years, this transatlantic spectacular features more than 120 boats and their lone skippers racing on open seas to Guadeloupe in the Caribbean. Brittany Ferries has been a partner since 1978. And, this year, the race start will be signalled from Pont-Aven, one of three Brittany Ferries’ ships hosting VIPs at the event.
