The sky remote has an input button, it switches between the input source for the TV. This signal comes from the Sky Q box, through the HDMI cable and goes to the HDMI connector on your TV. Sky boxes don't like the HDMI1 input, so if possible please put the cable on the side/back of the TV on HDM2. Then press the input button multiple times until it swiched the input to HDMI2. Wait 10 sec until the picture appears.
