Cole and Evan stay healthy by fueling their bodies with whole foods, but it's tough to get all of the calories they need in a day to stay energized and strong without dipping into some convenient menu items. At 90 miles per week of run volume, a cheeseburger is not only fuel for the body, but a lot of time medicine for the soul. The kids love sharing a delicious meal with family along with smiles and laughs.
