Healthy Radish Fritters Simple Recipe - No deep fry | Tasty Radish / Mooli cutlet

This is a “must try recipe”, especially for the ones who don’t like Radish. 🙃 These crunchy, delicious Radish fritters will just melt in your mouth and you’ll love every bite of it and you will start loving Radish too. 😍 It’s really simple to prepare, and the good news is that it's healthy too. Radish is a low calorie vegetable, a good source of Vitamin C and an excellent antioxidant which makes it a good supplement in your diet. And once you try this recipe, you wouldn’t miss adding it to your diet. (Servings - 2)

📝 Tips:
- Always use fresh Radish. You may use any type of Radish, the quantity for this recipe is 3 cups of grated Radish. (Before extracting the radish water)
- When grated, Radish tends to secrete a lot of water, the salt we add to the grated Radish will help in the releasing all the water from the Radish quickly, this helps in the process of making the Radish fritters crispy.
- You may add Red chilli powder instead of the Green chillies.
- Do not add too much Salt, while preparing the mixture for the fritters. ⚠️
- Cook the fritters till they become crispy and turn golden brown (cook for approx 5 min. on each side, at medium heat)
- Enjoy the Radish Fritters, with some Tasty Tahini Dip, Ketchup or Barbeque Mayonnaise. 😋 OR you can have them just like that.
