Omelette pizza recipe:

Tomato
Chicken if required
Tortilla wrap

Put cheese in frying pan
Lay tomato on
When cheese starts to bubble a bit pour eggs over
Spread ketchup or tomato purée on tortilla and lay over the eggs
Flip when cooked to crisp the base
