Here are the full mechanics:
1. Form a group of 8-10 adults. The group must reside within Luzon only. 50% of the members must be 50 y/o & above. Dance instructors can teach the group, but they are not allowed to be a member of your group.

2. Video-record your original dance fitness choreography. Video duration limit is 5 mins.
a. Post your entry PUBLICLY on your FB profile with the hashtags: #BirchTreeAdvanceFitnessDance, #BTAFitnessDance, and #SeniorPower. Multiple uploading is encouraged!
b. Upload the video and requirements here: https://forms.gle/Rxh4Xtjty45EYTZY7. Only 1 entry routine is allowed per group.

3. Post a video or photo on Facebook showing the group drinking Birch Tree Advance. Must include 1 box of Birch Tree Advance 300g (Vanilla or Mocha) and 1 Can of Birch Tree Advance 850g (Vanilla or Mocha)

4. Entries will be judged according to performance, originality, use of music & costume/props, and audience votes (number of likes).

Announcement of Grand Finals QUALIFIERS will be on Sept. 24, 2024. Qualifiers will compete in our on-ground event on October 5, 2024!
