Engine Failure During Take-Off and Turning Back on 500 feet (practice)

After take-off from runway 32 I didn't climb as fast as I should have to climb so my instructor in the right seat demonstrated what happens if I have already left the runway but I am not enough high above the ground and suddenly the engine fails.

In this video I decided to turn back toward the runway immediately. The altitude was 500 feet (or less) from the ground. Check out the altimeter.

The wind was strong (13 knots)

This aircraft was a DV20 Katana.
