SHADOW BOXING WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS 💪🥊

Set a timer for 4 rounds of 2 minutes with 30 seconds rest and work on the basics of shadow boxing.

Round 1 - The jab cross. Lead hand followed by the back hand. Keep your guard up, stay light on your feet and warm into the technique
Round 2 - Same again but now add in some feints and head movements.
Round 3 - Building on. Add in some defence with head covers and body covers.
Round 4 - Final round. Put it all together and pick up the speed. Focus on technique and moving smoothly.
