This video is all dolls, and includes Mattel's Barbie, Midge and Ken; Chatty Cathy, Chatty Baby and the Tiny Chattys; Ideal's Tammy and family, Baby Kissy and Tiny Kissy; Vogue's Too Dear; Poor Pitiful Pearl and other Horsman dolls; the Littlechap Family by Remco; American Character Tressy, Betsy McCall and Little Miss Echo; and many more.

Update: my friend Jon, an expert on German dolls, thinks those two toddlers from West Germany are by Drei M Puppen (3M Dolls).
