How to Layer Vinyl the Easy Way

Hey crafty friends, today you'll learn how to layer vinyl. I have an easy way that will help you get it lined up perfectly.

I'm using my Cricut to cut and layer vinyl, but this concept will work with any cutting machine.
The tutorial will show you exactly how to layer vinyl on top of vinyl and then apply it to a cup.
