Warhammer 40k, Miniature Showcase: The Yncarne

She is here! The Avatar of the dead, The Yncarne. I really had a blast painting her. Was afraid that I will not pull her of, but it was quite easy to paint this model.
I went for the idea that the energy surrounding her is blood and black water thats on the base. And that her body is full of soul gems, but the black water, which she is made of, is covering them. Also, since she is still materializing, I wanted to blend in the skin colors in to her body.
All in all, I am super happy with the end result.
