So if we had to pick the strongest European country, some might say Russia because of its military some might select Germany for its economy, selecting France isn't allowed, some might say the UK for its location. But who would be the weakest in Europe.
So we cant select countries like Belgium or the Nordics because they are in NATO, so they cant be weak. In non NATO, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine and Belarus are fairly strong. This leaves all these options.
Now you can have a different opinion but by the 2025 military rankings the weakest country in Europe is, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
