Raw video: National Guard, Washington State Patrol troopers at state Capitol in Olympia

Hundreds of Washington State National Guard members and Washington State Patrol troopers are at the state Capitol Campus in Olympia ahead of the legislative session that starts Monday.

WSP officials said the large response is to help protect the Capitol and governor's mansions, and also protect the democratic process, in the event of riots or combatting protests.
