Moot court competitions are a fun way to learn the practical aspects associated with the laws. Almost every law student participates in such moot courts (inter or intra) and strives to do their best in it. Not only is it important to understand the moot problem really well but we must frame the memorial wisely in order to ensure success. A moot court memorial is often drafted entirely by the researcher of the team but I would suggest that all the members should contribute towards it. This is one of the extra curricular activities that every law student must indulge in at least once during the law school. Thus, it also forms a part of the most important habits that all law students and lawyers must cultivate.
