Waste management in ports is a critical issue: cruise ships, small ships, ship repair, port infrastructure are all generators of wastewater.

The imagined solution is based on a wastewater collection system by a mobile hydrogen barge combined with a fixed or mobile wastewater recycling & thermal recovery system.

A complete solution for a greener, more autonomous and more sustainable port.

Waste management in ports is a critical issue.
Everyday, thousands of metric cubes of wastewater are locally generated or pumped from ships.
Following the evolution of regulations, the volume of wastewater in ports is constantly increasing.
Wastewater has an huge potential for energy production, and thanks to our solutions, it will finally be given a second life!
A multi-servicelanding craft like this one can collect wastewater from any type of vessel, as well as intervene on surface water pollution.
Powered by hydrogen or electricity, and with a carrying capacity equivalent to more than 10 trucks, it helps prevent logistical problems and truck congestion, while reducing CO2 emissions.
The landing craft will then carry wastewater to the port’s treatment facility. We recycle 100% of wastewater, but also reuse 50% of the energy contained in it .
Our compact, durable and efficient technology can extract heat from wastewater and reuse it to preheat feedwater heaters, thus doubling the amount of hot water available, while reducing carbon emissions and energy costs by 15%.
Once energy is collected, wastewater is carried to the designated treatment andrecycling area. Thanks to our BioBarrier technology, the first certified for water reuse, 100% of pollutants are eliminated from the water, without using any chemicals.
Multi-purpose and compact, our systems can be installed above or underground, in any kind of structure, or on a mobile container to adapt to each property’s specific constraints.
