Spider-Man joins Marvel - What it means? And why its awesome!

Who thought this day would come? Many of us hoped, but few believed. But once again, Marvel has made our dreams come true! Spiderman is finally returning home where he belongs. However Sony still has some strings attatched (pun intended) so what exactly is the deal that's been struck, and why is this some of the greatest news ever for Spiderman fans? Let me ramble on about it.
