Ukrainian children try to forget about war as they settle into new schools in Poland | ITV News

More than three million refugees have fled Ukraine and many of their futures remain unclear.

Questions of whether they will one day return to their homes - or whatever is left of them - hang heavy in the air at makeshift refugee centres in countries like Poland where, for now, they must make what life they can.

And given so many are children, a crucial pillar of that is providing education to best prepare them for whatever that future holds.
