Leading Through Lived Experience with Sara Amundson and Laurie Edmundson
In this presentation, Sara Amundson and Laurie Edmundson, hosts of the Bold Beautiful Borderline podcast (@boldbeautifulborderline) share their experience in leading, creating safe spaces, and making change through their lived experiences.
The presentation explores the importance of sharing stories of living with borderline personality disorder, and discuss peer-led, low-barrier, and virtual support for people who live with intense emotions.
This includes the Super Feelers Club, a peer support program that provides a safe and supportive environment for people to connect with others who understand their experiences, learn skills, and celebrate successes and a virtual drop-in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills training.
