I've loved Mortal Kombat since the very beginning; avoiding homework at USC to head over to 7-11 and play!

It's an amazing franchise with fantastic lore, wonderful characters, and a strong, unique heartbeat that makes it a classic.

The question is, can that violent, imaginative energy be captured and put into a linear movie?!?

I dunno, y'all.
