9 MIN HIIT HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO HOME WORKOUT | Low Impact Variations | No Equipment | Apt Friendly

This high intensity cardio workout will make you sweat at home in only 9 min with no equipment! HIIT is amazing for fat burning and you can do this anywhere, just need to follow! I added to the corner of each advanced exercise some low impact variations for beginners, injuries or simply because you don’t want to bother your neighbour with noise or jumping in your apartment!

Most HIIT workouts involve high impact exercises so in this video I made sure to provide you with the options in case you want to take a little break or bring down your heart rate during the workout! This is why it’s beginner and apartment friendly :)

Some of the exercises include high knees, jumping squats, jumping jacks, tuck jumps, side to side jumps, jumping lunges… all of these have an easier variation to give you an option!
