अलास्का .......अमरीका में मौजूद वो जगह जिसे घने जंगलों और glacier के लिए जाना जाता है ........
लेकिन लोग ये नहीं जानते की अलास्का के घने जंगलों में एक ऐसा जानवर भी रहता है ......जो अपने शिकार को तीन किलोमीटर दूर से ही सूंघ लेता है ........जिसकी चपेट में आने के बाद किसी के जिंदा रहने की उम्मीद ना के बराबर होती है ..............अौर अगर गलती से कोई जिंदा बच भी जाये .........तो जीने के लायक नहीं रहता .......क्योकि इसका हमला ज़िन्दगी भर एक खौफ बनकर शिकार को परेशान करता रहता है ............

जैसा की neel और blake (ब्लेक) के साथ हुआ ........अलास्का में रहने वाली बाप बेटे की ये जोड़ी आज भी जब उस हादसे को याद करती है तो इन दोनों की रूह काँप जाती है ......जब कई साल पहले अलास्का के घने जंगलों में ये दोनों फंस जाते हैं .......और इनका सामना यहाँ के सबसे खतरनाक शिकारी grizly bear (ग्रिज़ली b-air) से होता है ........वो भालू जिसे अलास्का का राजा कहना गलत नहीं होगा .......क्यूंकि इन जंगलों में केवल इसी का राज चलता है .........

तो सभी हादसों की तरह इस हादसे की शुरुआत भी साधारण ढंग से hoti है .......बल्कि यूँ कहें की इसकी शुरुआत तो एक सरप्राइज के साथ hoti है .......जहाँ blake ( ब्लेक) अपने पिता के 65 वें जन्मदिन को यादगार बनाने के लिए इस घने जंगल को चुनते हैं .........blake जानते थे की उनके पिता को hiking और rafting करना कितना पसंद है ........तो अपने पिता को एक शानदार birthday गिफ्ट देने के लिए blake अनजाने में वो कदम उठा लेते हैं ......जिसका उन्हें आज भी पछतावा है ...........घर से 90 किलोमीटर दूर एक ऐसी जगह जहाँ जाने के लिए सड़क भी ना हो .......एक private विमान से दोनों इन जंगलों के बीच आ पोहोंचते हैं ..........पिता को बेटे का ये खूबसूरत तोहफा पसंद तो आता है .........लेकिन मन की शंका फिर भी परेशान करती है की यहाँ आकर उन्होंने ठीक किया या फिर गलत .........
